LABWORKS LLC has a staff of qualified, prescreened phlebotomists from which we choose the right individuals to fulfill the specific requirements of the client.
We train and test our employees in all aspects of phlebotomy including the OSHA blood-borne pathogens standards, patients’ rights, confidentiality, and safety procedures.
All of our staff is required to attend annual re-orientation.
LabWorks staff is current with the hepatitis B vaccine, undergoes annual TB screening, and trains on all new developments in the industry.
